General Booking & Gameplay
What is an Escape Room?
An escape room is a team-based experience which requires you to solve puzzles and complete tasks to escape or complete the game. Escape Rooms are normally themed and designed with a back story that allows everyone to become immersed.
Will we be locked in?
No. You can leave our games at any time, whether it's because you need a break or to pop to the toilet, be warned, though; the clock will continue to count down without you.
How long does the experience last?
All of our games last for 60 minutes; if you're really good, you may complete our games faster. As a result, we have a live leaderboard available to see in our reception and on our website under a game's page.
I already booked; can I add more people?
Yes! All our games are private, so you can do this over the phone, by email - or do it when you arrive for your game!
Do you have parking?
Our locations do not have on-site parking, but local parking is available.
Eltham - You can park in Sainsbury's car park for £1 an hour.
Do you offer corporate bookings or special occasions?

Do you offer corporate or team-building sessions during the week?
Yes. We host corporate and team-building sessions, particularly on weekdays. Sessions are private and can be tailored to suit your group. Please contact us for availability and details.
Can we talk to someone before booking if we’re unsure?
Yes. If you’re unsure which experience is best for your group, please contact us and our team will be happy to help you decide.
Family & suitability
Are your escape rooms suitable for children and families?
Yes. Our escape rooms are designed to be family-friendly, puzzle-led experiences suitable for mixed ages. We welcome families and groups with children, and our games focus on teamwork and problem-solving rather than jump scares.
Is there a minimum or maximum age to play?
Children are welcome when accompanied by at least one adult. We recommend our games for children aged 4+, depending on confidence and interest. If you’re unsure which room is best for your group, our team is happy to advise.
Are your rooms scary?
Unless stated as horror, our rooms are not designed to be scary. They focus on atmosphere, story, and puzzles rather than horror. If you’re concerned about intensity or suitability, please speak to our team before booking.
Weekday family bookings
Do you offer weekday family sessions or offers?
Yes. We offer weekday family bookings from Monday to Thursday, outside of school holidays. These sessions are ideal for families looking for a relaxed midweek activity. The offer is auto applied when adding 2 adults and up to 2 children to your basket, excluding our horror games.
Are weekday sessions quieter than weekends?
Generally, yes. Weekday sessions tend to be calmer and less busy, which many families and groups prefer.
SEN & accessibility
Do you offer SEN-friendly or low-sensory sessions?
Yes. We offer SEN-friendly, low-sensory sessions where lighting and sound can be reduced, pacing can be more flexible, and our hosts provide calm, supportive guidance. Our team are briefed on SEN-friendly sessions and are happy to answer questions or make adjustments where possible.
How do I request SEN support for my group?
You don’t need to do anything special when booking. Simply let our team know when you arrive that you’d like an SEN-friendly session, and we’ll adjust the experience for you.
What adjustments can be made during SEN-friendly sessions?
Adjustments may include:
- Reduced lighting and sound
- No sudden loud audio cues
- Flexible pacing
- Clear, supportive instructions from our hosts

Are SEN-friendly sessions private?
Yes. All our escape room sessions are private for your group, including SEN-friendly sessions.
On-the-day reassurance
What if someone in our group feels overwhelmed during the game?
Our hosts monitor every session and are always available to help. If someone needs a break or support, just let us know, we’re happy to pause or adjust the experience.
Can we leave the room if needed?
Yes. You can leave the room at any time, and a host will assist you.
Dos & Don'ts
What if I'm intoxicated?
Escape rooms and alcohol aren't a great mix! Drinks are best enjoyed after the experience whilst celebrating your Escape! Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry into our venue, and your booking cost will not be refunded.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late for your booking, we reserve the right to deduct time from your game. However, we will always try our best to give you the full 60-minute experience.
If you arrive too late for your booking to be run, the booking is classed as a no-show, and no refund will be given; we also ask that guests arrive around 10 minutes early to their booking.
Bookings and Refunds
Can I cancel or change my booking?
As an event based service, we're unable to offer refunds, but we will reschedule if enough notice is given. Please contact us directly: [email protected]
Any games missed without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Games that are rescheduled at late notice will be charged a £20 reschedule fee to cover our rota'd staff wages.
